Our production

Polypropylene is recycled and modified on high-technology European equipment. This allows us to produce high-quality material both as recycled polypropylene and as complex compounds.

Modern high-technology extruders provide excellent plasticization and homogenization of polypropylene. Dosing equipment lets us introduce the additives and fillers the customer needs into the melt, including antioxidants, flame retardants, modifiers and others.

At every stage the plant is equipped with magnets, magnetic grates, metal detectors and filters. This keeps metal out of the finished product and prevents damage and wear to the equipment.

The plant also has a large fleet of auxiliary equipment, so we can process industrial plastic waste in almost any form.
