DELIVERIES

DPL Polymer LLC ships its products from a warehouse in the Kaluga Region. By agreement, delivery directly to the customer's warehouse is also possible. Shipment volumes depend on the customer's requirements. For our part, we guarantee that products reach the end user on time.

PACKAGING

Our packaging meets current requirements for polymer materials: it keeps the finished product intact, preserves its properties and appearance, and protects it from moisture and direct sunlight. Products are packed in polypropylene big bags of 1,000 kg, or in polypropylene bags with a polyethylene liner of 25 kg. The bags are then stitched and placed on pallets of 1,000 kg.

QUALITY

DPL Polymer LLC guarantees the high quality of its products, achieved with modern plastics-recycling technology. We are happy to provide samples so you can check that quality in practice.

PROCESSING

Polypropylene is processed on general-purpose injection-molding machines and by extrusion. Pre-drying before processing is not required. Melt temperature is 220 to 260 °C. The mold surface temperature is 20 to 60 °C. DPL Polymer LLC can advise you on the main properties and applications of its products, and on the best processing conditions.
